The first step to good health is recognising when there is a problem, then you can do something about it!

When your mind and body isn't in top shape, your outlook on life can be affected. Stress, worry, mood swings and poor sleep can make you feel 'flat', affect your concentration, and demotivate you at work and home.

Seeing your GP is often the first step to get a referral for counselling, but you can come without a referral. My sessions focus on your individual needs, and helps you to deal with life's stressful events.

We can work together to develop a plan for good health!

  • make positive changes

  • develop new coping strategies

  • identify cycles of negative thinking

  • reduce self destructive behaviours

  • be more assertive

  • relax more

  • express anger in healthy ways

  • improve relationships

  • parent with confidence

  • problem solve
