When your mind and body isn't in top shape, your outlook on life can be affected. Stress, worry, mood swings and poor sleep can make you feel 'flat', affect your concentration, and demotivate you at work and home.  


Seeing your GP is often the first step to get a referral for counselling, but you can come without a referral. My sessions focus on your individual needs, and helps you to deal with life's stressful events.

Your doctor can provide a referral for counselling. A GP Mental Health Care Plan provides Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per year.

Medicare rebates are now available for up to 10 sessions of Telehealth sessions per year.

Counselling for mental health, depression & anxiety

Counselling  can be helpful for children and young people suffering from stress, anxiety, behavioural problems or sadness.
When referred by your GP with a Child Treatment Plan or Mental Health Care Plan, your child may be eligible for up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year.
